Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions and your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Important: International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your country's customs authority upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to:
- PO Boxes (for expedited and express shipping)
- APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarding addresses

Return Eligibility
You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging (for sealed products)
- The product has been used but doesn't work for your hair (we want you to try it!)
- The product arrived damaged or defective (please include photos)
- You received the wrong item
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@manneredmanes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Approval: We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items).
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discount of 50% or more
- Free promotional items
Exchanges
Need a different product? We're happy to help! For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
If you prefer a direct exchange, please contact us and we'll arrange it for you. Note that direct exchanges may take longer to process.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement right away.
Damaged Items: We'll send a free replacement immediately—no need to return the damaged product.
Missing Items: We'll investigate with the carrier and ship missing items within 1-2 business days.
