Step 1: Shampoo Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a quarter-sized amount to your scalp and work in with your fingertips. Focus on the roots and scalp, not the ends. Massage for 60–90 seconds. Rinse completely. For most guys, 3–4 times per week is the sweet spot.
Step 2: Condition Squeeze out excess water. Apply from mid-length to ends only, avoiding the scalp. Leave it in for 3-5 minutes to let the ingredients absorb. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Step 3: Dry Pat dry with a towel. Don't rub — it creates friction that roughs up the cuticle, leading to frizz and a breakage look. If you use a blow dryer, keep it on medium heat and keep it moving.
